Michael Intoccia, president of Intoccia Construction Co. established in 1988, is proud to be the builder of the Baker Hill Estates in Hingham. A successful builder for over 10 years, Michael Intoccia, has completed 7 sub-divisions in Westwood, Easton, Sharon, and Norwood. Currently under construction, he has 5 more developments in Norfolk, Sharon, Norton, Canton, and Foxboro with 3 sites including Baker Hill, Raynham, and Walpole to begin construction this year. He has also built many individual custom homes in locations throughout Foxboro, Sharon, Attleboro, and Westwood.

Other projects include Funway USA of East Bridgewater, a family amusement center featuring mini-golf, bumper boats, and a go-cart track. This idea was born from a need for families to have a fun place to go with their kids. This was so successful that Michael is building another six acre Funway on Route 1 near the Foxboro/Walpole Town line.
Michael's long term goals include the construction of four or five parks in the next few years with sites closer to Boston, in addition to the 45-60 custom homes he builds annually. Asked why he would expand into this kind of development on top of the demands of building 45-60 custom homes annually, he says he is always looking for a new challenge. "I, perhaps more importantly, always loved seeing the smiles on little kids faces when they beat their parents at miniature golf".
